Jason has scaled two large proprietary businesses to more than $150 million in combined revenue and has a deep understanding of what it takes to run wholesale and retail operations at global scale. He has overseen more than 40 retail outlets, supported over 200 wholesale customers across Australia and New Zealand, and led teams of more than 500 people. His background includes guiding businesses through significant market disruption while building strong systems and processes as part of a global brand network.

Earlier in his career, Jason audited high scrutiny federal government departments, developing disciplined analytical skills, rigorous financial oversight capability, and a practical approach to solving complex organisational problems.

Jason has since worked across a wide range of industries on strategy, technology adoption, and operational transformation. His experience includes leading AI strategy and development for a large listed business in the United Kingdom, supporting multinational organisations in Australia and the UK, and advising companies building innovative technology for government. He has also worked with SMEs in property development, construction, the HVAC sector, the fitness industry, and consumer focused organisations.
